Its been FOREVER since i posted on Reddit but this is like the only Mother community i'm in.

There wasn't any mother 1, mostly cuz i think my brain has forgotten most of it, but there was the second two.

It was actually new characters for a remake of both games. They still keep the pixel style.

In Earthbound there was a single dad who was like "why the fuck are their kids traveling i'm gonna go watch them" and his young daughter with PSI who was just happy to be there. In Mother 3 we had Hoshi who while never confirmed based on what i saw i believe seemed to be formerly part of Porky's Army and unlocked her PSI abilities after nearly diying, and a reshreacher in a brown coat who i didn't

Mostly looking for how to edit the amount of essences i have so i don't have to spend hours geting the same stuff for the house i'm trying to build

First of all, I want to start off by saying that the video actually has VERY good points and a lot of it makes sense, and this is more a build up around it. I hadn't even realized that the time that the game takes place is the Red Scare. it also plays into the fact that one of the very common things during that time was the fear that your freinds, family, and Neighbors (I'm so funny) were sercetly comms, or that they had turned into commes and were just pretending, kinda like... well, the doppelgangers.
