Bonjourno my fellow mentalists,
I have a conundrum. I recently applied to a role as CDP, the establishment also has an opening for Sous. I have experience running multiple sections, running kitchens: but in different cuisines. What advice can you give to elevating myself from a CDP to Sous? What are the differences in roles, management styles and just raw teamwork?
Genuinely appreciate your feedback ✌️
It's a damn natural thing. There have been a ton of posts about giving it up for a ton of reasons. Why is everyone in that mind? It's not bad. It seems to be an obsessive topic... This sub seems to be turning into an r/howcaniselfimprove biased one. Which is fine, but advice posts are sometimes a lot more beneficial than problemed ones.
