A friend that lives with me and helps with my wife (long story) said what was in the title.

She was driving herself and my wife to doctors appointments and on the way home got a flat tire. I have a jack in the spare, but they are handicapped and couldn't change the tire. I was at work and finished up as quickly as I could, and headed that way to help. In the meantime, a motorcycle cop and motorist assist officer showed up, and the car was towed to a parking lot. They had been there at least 30 minutes when I got there and we're still struggling with the lug nuts.
