Did the server bug out when spawning the sword?

As the title states, where can I find the mouth piece hardware by itself, or the name for it so I can search? My search results have been… lackluster… to say the least. I know I can just buy one off of Etsy or EBay, but I want to make a custom piece (as far as the leather) for my partner, and don’t feel right taking apart someone else’s work.
Thank you in advance.

I could use some helping finding the spider gag mouthpiece

The image/product isn’t mine, but need it to explain what I’m looking for. Is there a particular vendor or manufacturer for such hardware? What is it called? I’ve been scouring the web for some time now and I’m at a loss.

Thank you for reading, and thank you in advance.

Where can I find the D ring - O ring combo? And what is it called?

Tl;Dr What the title says.

I’m just starting out with leathercrafting and was gifted a bunch of tools. As I’ve been watching videos and learning the basics, I’ve figured out what most of my tools are for. I have yet to see these two.

I want to hazard a guess that the one on the left is for skiving a shallow … dip/hollow/bowl/Idontfrigginknow in the leather?

The one on the right looks like a Divider, except for the bladed edges. Is it for creating stitching grooves?

Thank you for reading, and for your help in advance.

What are these called and what’s is their purpose?

As the title says, The quest isn’t updating despite having over 100 wood (the correct type as well) in my inventory. Hitting Deliver does nothing. Any thoughts on fixes / workarounds?

Bonus: Are NPC names randomized? Cause I just found Jesus…
