should I go with full on mackintosh or a virtual machine? I am a Windows user using a i7-13700k, 64gb of ddr4 ram and a 4070 super, I know if I want to hackintosh I will need to get a supported AMD GPU. If I just want a decent casual experience what VM should I use? Whether it's on Windows or Linux, I wanna use a recent MAC os that's still supported. Thanks in advance.

This should let the game launch now and run fine, if levels still freeze try Windows XP SP2 compatibility.
HOWEVER, new problem from this version of windows as well, mods like from ermaccer have severe issues where if you alt tab or change any of the options, the game will freeze and crash. Only fix I'm aware of is the simply put the game in windowed mode, create a shortcut of one of the exes and in "target" add at the end -windowed

I 21M been dealing with constipation issues for a while so I used an enema on Sunday, my time zone is EST so it's Wednesday night for me. It helped me a little bit but felt still backed up so I used a laxative the next day. Afterwards I noticed stomach cramping on and off, stomach pain, head feeling very weird, lower back pain, and today some pain in my right side of my bottom that went away but then turn to burning, I looked at it to see there seems to be a burning redness. Should I go to the E.R?

I recently installed the game and even if I turn off v sync I can't go above 144 on my 144hz monitor and 60hz on my 60hz monitor, anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it? only thing that works is window mode kinda but its like weird and drops frames

21M, I don't take any meds and when I used the bathroom today I noticed and freaked out at home dark my stool was, it looks darker in person like it's black. Is this likely internal bleeding? Note I did not have any bowel movements yesterday but urinated a few times and was very dark and foul odor. I also have had a history of constipation issues and recently had bleeding only when wiping, only a little and assuming it was just a hemorrhoid. Haven't had the blood part happen in a while.
