I hope this is elaborated on, How would it be detected? Is it AI looking for indicators and possible false flags or is it like everything we say will be recorded deal?

I have the pico8 running fine on the pico8 but I want to play some of the carts I bought from itch.io or even from the bbs. I have the pico8 folder in my home directory, I saved some carts in that folder but it does not show up in the splore folder area. Where do I put carts?

Like the title says, DOS2 is telling me XC Encounters is installed but It's only installed on DOS1 I'm looking everywhere and I can't find it anywhere else but the DOS1 mod folder, is this a bug? The mod is preventing me from seeing spell pictures.
Edit: extra info, it doesn't show up in the mods section of DOS2 when the game is launched. Edit2: a picture https://imgur.com/c9HqkMW
