I tried all sorts of dating apps a few years ago and became disillusioned and skeptical already. I have a lot of bugged rebels on the map and there is no way to get rid of them, whenever I send troops to conquer them the troops just switch sides. It's rebels from other civilizations that somehow got glitched. I tried everything, I even tried releasing a vassal and have them fight the rebels for me but it doesn't work.
