This is my first time doing 75 Hard, and I'm just wrapping up day 2.

I have not been working out regularly at all up until now, aside from a 250/day pushup challenge that I began on Jan 1. All non-dietary points are fine - workouts will vary, I already drink 1.5 gal a day, and I've recently started devouring books again.

For my dietary restrictions I chose the following:

  • Track all calories (no restrictions, as I don't know how many I'll need)
  • No premade foods with added sugar
  • No 'snack foods' but nuts are allowed.
  • No eating after 8PM or before 6AM
  • Limited caffeine (goal is to wean myself clean over the 75 days)

The problem in running into, is that I am not hungry enough to eat

I am the second owner of a 'Naipo 48-in-1 Combo game table set' for children, and the billiard table has thick plastic netting for pockets. The plastic netting came extremely bunched up, and the balls would consistently go into the pocket and bounce back out.

I knew that a heat gun could deform the plastic and allow me to reshape it, but I was unsure what to use as a form. I found that I could warm up the plastic, tuck a half full water bottle down into the pocket, and then squeeze the top of the bottle to expand the bottom of the bottle and the pocket to the desired shape.
