I’m an incoming FY1 and was hoping someone could help me re scrubs.

I know they give us 3 pairs, the sizing chart is a bit funny so unsure whether to size up or down!

Also what colour are the scrubs they give you?

And lastly I want to buy a couple of pairs of my own scrubs as well from another are is which colours are best to choose for working in the hospital and are there any colours I should avoid due to association with other staff?
