Hi all, I have an obgyn follow-up tomorrow who I have been seeing for almost a year now. Through the variety of birth control plus the exploratory surgery that has found no issues to my near-constant period cramps and bleeding, I am a little fed up with no clear solution in sight. Since it has been noted in my charts on previous visits that hysterectomy is a potential solution to my problems, I will push for it at my visit.

Any encouragements or phrases I should throw out to my doctor would be really helpful to hear as this is very nerve-wracking. Although the hospital I am with has had good reviews from the childfree subreddit list, I wouldn't be surprised if I run into some issues anyway

My goal here is longevity and not to have the card be a bottleneck down the line as I replace my other parts. Specs: CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 Motherboard: B450M Pro4 Micro ATX PSU: Thermaltake 650W 80+ Bronze. My monitors are currently 1080p but looking to upgrade sometime this year to 1440p, so any feedback on that is also welcomed.

Hi, I lost my wallet while walking and someone picked it up minutes later, as they found me on instagram and messaged me. They sent a picture asking if it was me and then said I can pick it up from them anytime. Hey all, a bit clueless on the computer building side, but my RX 470 has been on its last legs for years and the fans finally gave out 2 months ago. My computer is now crashing more often and tends to get overheated (I use a portable fan on top of my box and it seems to be helping). Either way, looking for an upgrade.

I am not looking for something top shelf - I tend not to enable all possible visual features in video games and my games don't seem that intensive (Deep Rock Galactic, Valorant, Hunt). Hi all! I am not a student, but I've recently moved to Seattle. I bowl a lot and now scouting for a new alley to go play at. From what it looks like, the bowling alley on campus can be used by other people, not just students, but I see multiple times on the HUB page that your UW will be checked to use the amenities of the building. So what are the specifics? Is the alley open only on certain hours for other members of the community or do you have to have a UW student vouch? So I got an offer this week for a position within BT&E at the Seattle location. It will be a level up from my current Everett BCA position (L1 to L2) but a different engineering code. I've been here for about 7 months and because I was hired with relocation, I need to stay with the company for a year before I can leave for another unless I am interested in paying all of that back.
