I’m a dude with curly hair and need a new place to try for a cut. I definitely like a little length to show off the curls but nothing too long. I’ve had success using a women’s salon as lots of barbers don’t do curly hair as well. I’m in homewood locztion wise so close to home would be nice

One of my kids has finally been told they need braces. Looking for any recommendations in town. We are in the OTM area for geography considerations

Local seller has a pair of swifty 9.5s that they say are 4 years old. It’s obvious they were not stored well as the cushioning and padding appears moldy. I’ve only bought sit on tops before and these would be for my 2 teenage daughters to use on basic day tripping adventures. Seems like I can replace seat padding for like $50 each online. What else should I look for? From the pictures the actual kayak doesn’t seems to have lots of discoloration from UV but past these two things I’m not sure what else to look for.

What would be a good price to offer for a good swifty 9.5 that needs all soft materials replaced?

The further I get into the game the more I am seeing that it's not at all about having the one perfect set of gear but about having the right gear for the task you want to do. Plus the way we can lose everything on death to the worm or in PvP (depending on Laansrad tiles) means you only want the gear you need on you at any given time. I would love to see quick change gear sets added in. Some kind of station that holds outfits to swap to in base. Then an item set quick change as well. Some equivalent of an armor stand and chest that when I use it I quick swap to a different toolset and armor set.

After loving the game but having to drop it due to how I play games I am excited they finally added a pause function for solo players. I'm a dad with kids and also have work call at night. I simply can't play games that I can't pause regularly. Logging out and in was a ridiculous compromise so I am so glad they finally added this much requested feature. Now to catch the DLCs on sale as well since I haven't ever bought those.

So I'm trying to wrap Y head around this game as a returning player who played till level 30 or so on launch and just came back last week. My player level is 34 and my Pals in party are around 30.

If I go into areas with level 25+ pals I am getting wrecked immediately. I can't find good guides as everything recent is just about updates from a max level perspective and every progression guide I find on YouTube is from launch and it seems lots of things have changed. I don't want to rely on firearms as sulfur seems hard to get or am i supposed to be grinding dungeons already for the one sulfur node? Should I not be using basic schematics for stuff like handgun from tech tree and instea

I downloaded the game a couple days ago and pulled on the space time packs randomly at first. I have done the basic beginner solo battles and have the starter fighting deck and got the cressilaEX and pulled a CelebiEX 3 star out of a mythical island pack.

I have a ton of hourglasses and was Going to do a ten pull but most info out there is about launch so as a new player with minimal collection what packs are best to grab and build my collection. Newest seems the way to go but is going for the older packs to get a base set of cards smarter? I now can see that sticking to one pack for a bunch of pulls is good to get a cohesive group of cards to build decks as my 80ish card collection is

Returning player a few weeks ago and I am a pretty casual PvE focused player. I just leveled a new character to 65 and I'm finishing up MSQ and stuff to get geared. Current gear score is 640ish. I'm yet to touch most of the expeditions and mutations are starting to look tempting. I'm a US east location geographically. I currently have an old level 60 character I haven't moved to a new server and I have a transfer token left from back in the day as well I could use with my new character.

My questions: Is there a benefit to being on the same server? I don't see that there is other then knowing the ins and outs and potentislky being in the same company.

Short video of the sound I have going on. I ordered a belt thinking that was it based on squeaking alone but now it has progressed to a more complex sound. Seems like a bearing perhaps going bad? I don't want to take it apart till I have the parts so I was hoping it was diagnosable based on the sound and that It comes and goes. Often worse at start and smooths out then goes away completely a few minutes into a dry cycle.

Over in West Homewood and our neighborhood has no water coming into the street it seems. Higher up houses are put and lower elevation houses have a trickle. Anyone hear about a water main issue? Sucks to have no water on the weekend.

And yes before anyone asks it's not frozen pipes at my house. It's multiple houses in the same area and my pipes in my basement are not cold.

Local school in suburb next to us is causing a stir with this. A local church is hosting a Bible study class during the 8th period elective for middle school students. Apparently they will pick the kids up from school and take them to the church to host the class then parents will pick them up there at 3:40 instead of returning them to the school. Seems illegal to me even if it's an outside party hosting the religious instruction because it is still during school hours.
