RustDragon

Hey guys, first time I'm building a PC this decade, so just looking for a sanity check to make sure I'm getting reasonable parts.

The computer will be used for all of

• Compiling giant codebases
• Running a VR headset
• Machine learning

Priority goes vaguely in that order

I'm not keen on spending much more than what's already speced out here unless I really need to, but I'm willing to drop from the 3900x to the 3700x if necessary.

I'm in Canada.

PCPartPicker Part List

Talking about this order made Friday that grants cert to patent & trademark, et al. v. booking.com b.v and does nothing else.

The supreme court usually grants/denies cert to a long list of cases the Monday following the Friday conference, instead of granting them on Friday individually. For example, see this order.

Anyways, anyone know why they treated this case differently?

So, St George campus just got an alert saying the campus closes at 3pm... I have class 2-4... is it cancelled or not?

In the last 5 minutes I have recieved 3 different "emergency alert" tests making my phone make loud shrieking noises... is there any way to stop this? How long should I expect this to continue for?

Edit: 4 now. Shutting off my phone.

Is it possible to display a preview of another workspace in a small window, like this?
