I was reluctant to DRS because the shares in my money account are few, and I don't yet know if there's a way to transfer my larger retirement position without tax penalty. I finally bit the bullet and initiated my transfer. I'll post the info once it processes in 3-5 days. While I was on the phone with the broker there was a data backup that took the DRS system down for a little while. Instead of just calling back later I started a conversation with the securities trader.
As has been stated time and again, the trader knew immediately that I wanted to transfer and DRS GameStop, even before my account had been pulled up. Since everyone seems to be aware of the "exodus" to Computershare
While many of us started keto for the weight loss benefits, that’s not all there is to it. At least not for me. And maybe not for you.
I’ve stopped keto a few times over the past 2.5 years. Usually around Christmas time. What a mess. Not the weight gain, though that’s definitely a consequence, but I’m talking about how I feel internally. My body just feels miserable and sluggish when consuming carbs. I get indigestion, bloating, and worst of all a constant nagging hunger for more, more, more food. More carbs. It’s just awful.
Years ago, in a marriage counseling therapy session of all places, the therapist asked me how I feel. The man I was naturally assumed she was asking abo
A recent DD here attempts to crack the mystery of the actual GME SI, but was fatally flawed. I have seen it referenced in several other DD since then as supporting evidence. This cannot stand. I give recognition to the original author u/moonski for collecting what appeared to be accurate data. Please reference his post’s images to see the data I used for my calculations.
The following is a copy/paste of my original response to that DD showing why it’s flawed.
I’ve done some of my own work in excel to verify and what I’ve come up
Each time there's a halt you can see bids climb upwards of 17,000 bids at the price. As soon as the halt is recognized the bids disappear. I don't think it's the bids being fulfilled, but rather they don't want us to see the demand level at the artificially low price.
I’ve been over to his house to handle his chores several times. His FIL and other BIL are also there helping often. There’s no way he’d ask for all that help at home if he was capable on his own. He’s a star at work because of his great work ethic. It’s obvious MetLife is denying his disability, partly as their MO, because they just don’t want to pay. He has not been paid in 2 months. He can’t really afford a lawyer, especially when he’s unpaid by disability, and even if he wins it’s at 60% his normal pay.
If he gets a lawyer involved is it possible to make MetLife to pay the legal expenses on top of the disability once the case settles in his favor? Is it possible that the threat of in
If there’s no afterlife then the “life” of a fetus is only barely less profound than that of a 100 year old, except in that it experienced much less pain before passing back into oblivion.
We come from oblivion and back into oblivion we return. In between, while we live, we have vastly different experiences. Some terrible. Some wonderful. Some both terrible and wonderful.
I’m not depressed or unhappy. I am loved and I love. I have experienced pleasure and pain. Despite these truths, if my mother decided before I was born that I was only going to mess up her life, and she had a way out, I’m totally indifferent to her having made that decision.
After all, regardless of my realized poten
