Im currently a PGY2 FM resident, requiring a J-1 waiver, looking for a daytime hospitalist position with a closed ICU. But having quite a bit of trouble finding a position that matches all of these.

Will jobs become more available starting May/June for me and im trying too early? Or am I looking in the wrong spot. I am using 3RNET, DocCafe, practicelink and practicematch. The location I am looking for is pretty wide (east coast, somewhere around Ontario, Michigan, Indiana, Chicago, new york, maine etc...), so dont really have a specific hospital to cold email or etc.

Would love some suggestions on how to find offers and get more information. Thanks!

I have a 20g long aquarium. Currently I use DIY yeast CO2, with 2 3L bottles, and I get about a 0.8 to 1pH drop, which is what I am aiming for.

I would like to stay at my current setup, because its working well and doing good. But I recently switched to an inline CO2 diffuser, the ceramic needs a lot more PSI to work than what my DIY setup can provide. I modified the inline CO2 diffuser to work without the PSI, but I feel like my bottles are still getting too much pressure than what I would like to keep them at.
