Okay so I (23f) thought I was straight until high school when I started having crushes on girls. Though mostly pretty manly girls—mascs 100% are my type but I also like androgyny and some femme girls, but my type in femmes is very specific. I’ve mostly preferred guys throughout my life and I don’t question my attraction there. But recently I’ve been really really drawn to masc/androgynous girls, like something about being with a girl is way more exciting to me than being with a guy?

So my old laptop’s screen is completely broken— multicolored lines cover the whole screen and parts of it are completely black. It started as just one sliver of black on one side because the screen started separating but then it got worse and worse and now I can’t see anything at all. However, it still turns on. I hear it making noises, I can turn it on and off, I just can’t see anything on the screen.
I have some files on this laptop I would really like to restore. I had an idea but I need to know how/if it’s possible:
Could I somehow project my broken laptops screen onto a different laptop/moniter? Or a tv? Keeping in mind that the laptop technically works, I just can’t see what I’m do

If you promote them at all—because I haven’t been promoting mine but I’m wondering, where is the most popular place people promote? I’m assuming like Twitter/blue sky but I don’t have those or any other social media related to fandom. I don’t really want to keep up with any fandom social media besides AO3. Is there like a discord or something? Idk

I always worry if I make fics too long (too many words) that readers will feel like I’m dragging it out and start to skim. Not that my stats reflect that (I’m not crazy about that but it’s context I think) because I get good feedback and kudos I’m happy with. But sometimes I hold off on adding details or longer phrasing because I feel like peoples attention spans are not gonna like it? Maybe I’m projecting as someone with ADHD who likes things to get to the point and can’t stand walls of text.
Specifically for smut fics though, because I know a lot of people wanna just get to the good stuff, or are maybe looking for a shorter fic that moves fast, because that’s kinda how I got about smut w

this is a very rough unedited, unfinished, unformatted draft for an idea i had. its been sitting in my drafts and wasnt sure if i would actually post it, so thought id at least share what i have here since i liked the direction i was headed
- (trans bakugou) Bakugou and Kirishima on the common room couch watching movie alone later at night and they start touchin and stuff. They have a blanket on the couch that they are haphazardly using to cover themselves.
o and maybe Kaminari and sero are listening in around the corner because they were about to come down but as they approached the common room they started hearing something… sounded like moaning and… some weird wet noises
