Quick question for gym owners here jab bhi aap gym management software choose karte ho, do you actually try demos or just go with what looks popular?

Honestly, ek demo lene se kya hi ho jayega?
At least you’ll understand:

  • Kaunsa software easy hai use karne me
  • Kya features actually useful hain
  • Aur kya wo aapke gym ke liye fit hai ya nahi

Kabhi kabhi hum bina try kiye hi decide kar lete hain, but demo lene se clarity mil jati hai aur better option bhi mil sakta hai.

Just curious do you prefer taking demos or directly choosing one?

Let’s discuss send me "DEMO" in DM.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been talking to a few gym owners lately and noticed many of them face issues with things like tracking memberships, renewals, attendance, and payments.

I’m trying to understand this space better and learn from real experiences.

So just curious what’s the biggest problem you face when managing your gym or fitness studio right now?

Would really appreciate your insights. Maybe we can all learn from each other here

I keep coming across business owners who are putting money into ads, trying different things, posting on social media… and still barely getting consistent leads. Not saying marketing doesn’t work, but it feels like a lot of people are just guessing at this point. One month something works, next month it completely drops.

I’ve seen people spend a decent budget and still not know what’s actually bringing results vs what’s just burning money. At some point it gets frustrating because you don’t even know what to fix anymore. Curious how others are dealing with this right now. Is it working for you or just trial and error?

Been noticing this a lot with small business / ecom sites lately. They’re getting visitors, but barely any conversions. Most of the time it’s not even a traffic issue. You land on the site and it’s either confusing, slow, or there’s no clear next step… so you just leave. Feels like everyone is focused on getting more traffic, but not what happens after someone lands. Anyone else dealing with this?

I’ve seen this happen a lot. A Shopify store launches, gets some early sales from ads or people they know, and then things slow down. The excitement fades and growth stalls.

Usually it’s not the product. It’s more about relying too much on ads, product pages that don’t fully build trust, and no real effort to bring customers back after the first purchase. Adding more apps rarely fixes that.

Stores that survive tend to focus on basics early clear messaging, better product pages, simple follow-ups, and at least one traffic source that isn’t ads.

Curious if others here went through this and what helped them push past it.

Hey everyone,

I work with an India-based digital marketing & web team and over the past few years we’ve helped startups and small businesses with websites, SEO, online visibility, and lead generation.

I’m not here to sell anything. Just wanted to open a thread for founders or business owners who are:

  • Struggling to get leads from their website
  • Unsure whether SEO, ads, or content is right for them
  • Planning to expand into new markets (India or overseas)
  • Confused about what actually works vs. marketing noise

If you have a question or want an honest opinion on your website or marketing approach, drop it here or DM. Happy to share practical insights and real-world learnings.
