I got horrible bed bugs bites during my stay at Tapa Towers in the end of November 2025 while at the medical convention. After a month or so, Hotel concluded that “test for bugs is negative”. And the insurance claim they put me through was dismissed. All photos of persistent and itchy bites on my neck and elsewhere along with visit to doctor and prescription medication were dismissed.
