I want to make a build dedicated to helping people defeat dragonslayer armor and twin Princes because those are my favorite boss fights. Will I have any luck getting summoned? Also, what level and weapon level should I aim for?

I'm gonna make a character solely for putting my sign down at Commander Niall's boss room. Does anyone have a recommendation for what level/weapon level I should be for this?
