Are there any tools to perfectly align the scale, position and rotation of two shots? For example, lining up raw footage with a punched in/reframed export that's been already been graded, or has vfx? I know that I can eyeball it in difference mode and manually adjust PSR, but I'm looking for something more precise. Something like PhotOshops auto-align tool, but for videk. Any suggestions? Bonus if it works in After Effects.

I have some large 4K mp4's that i would like to trim and/or loop several times and upload to youtube. How can I re-wrap them (Windows 10) to be shorter/longer mp4's with the exact same video & audio codec settings, without having to re-export from Premiere Pro or re-encode?

I'm an editor and motion designer with about 12 years of experience creating (mostly) corporate content inhouse at a few different agencies. I've been freelancing now for the past 2 years and I finally have enough commercial work to put a reel together, in the hopes of landing more commercial projects with bigger clients and post houses. Yes, I know the topic of reels is devisive and might not be necessary, but I think it's easier to get someone to look at a single link from an email rather than ask them to trawl through my portfolio. That aside, I'm curious if there's any subreddit's I should know of (or anywhere else) that I can ask for a critique from other experienced commercial editors
Is there any difference in quality or speed between this silver vs black G.Skill RAM? Or is it literally just the color that differs?

I completed this edit recently however I think I may have undercharged. Without wanting to bias any first impressions by mentioning the actual time/cost, I'm curious to get some opinions on what you would expect to pay for this edit:

It involved syncing 2 x multi-cam interview shoots, creating proxies, editing, color and some basic motion graphics. All footage was supplied and there was no AE.
I'm hoping to get a better understanding of the perceived value for this style of content so I can estimate more accurately next time around.
Is there anywhere I can see a list of all recent motherboards with thunderbolt?
I'm considering offering in-person training sessions in After Effects (beginner/intermediate/advanced) and I'm curious if: a) there would be much demand to attend a studio and learn with a trainer in person, and b) what would you consider a reasonable price for both 1-on-1 training per hour (USD) and in groups of 8-10 people (USD per hour, per person) Each session would be 6 hours with 1 hour break. Would love to hear your thoughts.
Or more precisely, what plugins are needed (if any) to access the raw settings for each braw clip. And how exactly can you apply a correction LUT or convert the colour space to Rec.709 in Premiere?
I mostly edit short form online & social media content, working remotely with Premiere Pro & After Effects. I often find new clients on Facebook, however I'm wondering if anyone knows of any other UK Facebook groups with job posts that aren't Avid based television series? Every single job posted on I Need An Editor UK seems to be long form, Avid and inhouse which seems a little odd. Surely there's plenty of other content needed that's not necessarily episodic television? Any other groups I should be aware of?
