Migraines on T

NSFWHRT Trans Masc

(asked on behalf of a friend) are there any solid recommendations out there on how to deal with/mitigate migraines while on T? a friend of mine has had his migraines get significantly worse since starting (having stopped before because of them). He's fully medicated, including using weed oil and prescribed prophylactics etc, the only thing I can see that might be unusual is that he misses applying gel sometimes and has quite low T levels (just above 300 ng/dL / 10nmol/L).

Any help would be appreciated!

I've been doing IM injections for a couple months now, and I think I've got everything down, remembering all the steps etc. My only issue is that I inject into my thigh, and I often get muscle aches for a few days afterwards which can make it difficult to do any exercise. The aches aren't particularly bad, less painful than the ones I've had from vaccination IM shots, but bad enough to be annoying. Does anyone have any tips on how to manage this? Would injecting into my butt be a better idea? Should I be trying harder to keep off my feet after injecting or anything?

Hi all! I hope to see as many of you as possible at the protest outside the emirates tonight! I noticed while I've been browsing through the sub that a lot of folks haven't been to protests much before so I figured that, as someone with experience and training, it might be good to spread some of that knowledge and help make sure no one does anything stupid.

Personally, I'm a protest first aider with a collective based in London, been doing this for about 2 years now and going to protests generally for something like 7 years. I'll try my best not to insert any of my specific political beliefs into this but honestly that's impos
