I know that you don’t pronounce them the same way as sh and s is pronounced differently but is it normal to have them sound the same when you pronounce them?

I have only been breathing with my nose for the past 2 months (no chewing or mewing) but recently started hearing noises whenever I opened my jaw (noises only came from right jaw)
