Okay, so Long troubelshoot ahead... only for those who truly may understand and have suffered similar situations.

I've been gaming on:

It has been at least 2-3 years, but as playing on it, with my first PC, which was:
RTX3080
Intel I9 12900k
DDR4 3600hz 4x16 64GB
Samsung M.2 980 1TB (Games)
Samsung M.2 980 1TB (Windows Install)

There was constant frame stuttering within games, where if you'd spin your camera around, or move your character arou

so I noticed, as I run around, as assets load into visual range, such as trees, rocks, or large objects, they Load int immediately, and just POP in.

This causes micro stutters (micro loading)

I've tried several different mods, as well as graphical settings to try to resolve this without any solution.

Does anyone who may know a bit more know how to force palworld to do soft asset culling? (this means assets softly load in, instead of just popping in)

Before anyone suggests hardware, I just built a new PC, with rtx 4090, amd ryzen 7 9800x3d, 64gigs of ram, ddr5 6000hz

I had a question for AMD enthusiasts. I recently decided to make the swap to AMD as Intel has been... well, extremely bad.

I just purchased an amd ryzen 7 9800x3D today, but have seen tons of different board options that range from 670e, to 870e.

I know 870e have more m2 slots and always support usb 4.0, but while shopping around for any high end 870e boards, reviews are generally extremely poor. Average scores around 3.2-3.8 (basically every brand)

I'm not shy to spend as much as I need for the best board possible, but it seems all the exexpensive 870e boards all have poor reviews as well as people saying they constantly bsod.

Does anyone have extended knowledge that might help point me

As the title says, they said 120 fps works at 3060rtx or higher, This is not the case. it's almost getting pathetic how bad they are with optimizing their game.
