Looking at our roster, most assume we need another top-6 forward and Warren Foegele doesn't really fit that spot. Most people would want a right shot guy for our PP1 but these are the best options left:
27yo Daniel Sprong, DET - 76GP, 18G, 25A (43P), -5
33yo Tyler Johnson, CHI - 67GP, 17G, 14A (31P), -35
27yo Jack Roslovic, CBJ/NYR - 59GP, 9G, 22A (31P), -10
Realistically none of them are very good. Roslovic is also mostly a center I believe but apparently can play RW. Best shout would be Sprong but he hasn't ever been a top-6 guy.
There are a bit more interesting options with left handed guys:
32yo Vladimir Tarasenko, OTT/FLA - 76GP, 23G, 32A (55P), +12
34yo Adam Henrique, ANA/EDM
UFAS on the Kings roster include Viktor Arvidsson, Matt Roy, Trevor Lewis, Cam Talbot and Pheonix Copley. David Rittich was signed to $1M for 1 year.
RFAS on the Kings roster include Quinton Byfield, Jordan Spence, Carl Grundstrom, Blake Lizotte and Arthur Kaliyev.
The Ontario Reign have many free agents as well, including Alex Turrcotte and Akil Thomas who are fairly likely to make the Kings roster on opening day.
Also look for contracts for prospects like Samuel Fagemo, Eric Portillo, Andre Lee and Tyler Madden. We also have some expiring contracts on non-prospects who are big players for the Reign, like TJ Tynan and Taylor Ward (is an RFA but at 26 I wouldn't expect him to make the j

Wanted to look at how the month of December went for the Kings. Might do this for the remaining months of the season if I remember.
When saying where the team ranked in comparison to other teams, it's based on the per-game stat, not the total stat (i.e. goals per game rather than total goals)
