Looking to make a hard cider this fall. Last fall I was only able to find preserved (usually sodium metabusulfite added) cider which doesn't work because it also kills the yeast needed to ferment the sugars into alcohol.

Is there anywhere nearby that sells freshly pressed or pasteurized cider that I can use to make hard cider?

I am planning on getting fitted for a new set of irons in the coming months. Currently gaming 20 year old irons and wedges that go pitching wedge and then a 52* Vokey.

Considering that I will be looking more at the players distance or game improvement category for irons, would it be better to just get the gap wedge that comes from the set or a new 50*or 52* wedge?

My 52 is primarily used for full swings or bump and runs so nothing fancy. I was thinking the gap wedge may make more sense because of that so I can keep the same feel and forgiveness on those full swing shots.

I just started golfing at the beginning of this year and have played 22 rounds so far and I just finished a round today and found my fifth wedge that was left on a hole. That puts me at an almost 25% occurrence of finding someone else's club while I'm out on the course.

Is that not a ridiculous number of lost clubs? Am I just having the weirdest streak and finding clubs frequently or is it normal to find a club that was left by a previous group every one in four rounds?

Also, how many strokes am I allowed to deduct from my scorecard for turning a club into the Pro shop??

I'm looking to get fitted for my first set of irons (currently playing marketplace find 20yr old titlist irons) and looking at something in the Srixon ZXi line. If you had the money to drop on a new set of irons, would you get fitted now or hold out for another ~8 months to wait for the next version to release at the start of next year?

I'm a little impatient and want the new irons now but I would also be a little bummed to get new irons just for a new model to release a few months later.

I'm at my wits end on trying to fix a limp mode condition on a 2006 Hyundai Sonata V6. It is having an issue where it will occasionally lose signal power to the relay that sends power to the transmission solenoids. I can see 12V on the signal side but then it will go to 0V if I wiggle the ECU connector.

Inspecting the actual harness wires, I don't see any damage that could be causing it on the wires. What could be causing a bad connection between the ECU and the connector? It seems fully locked in place so I'm lost on what to try next

I have a pair of Asolo hiking boots that need to be resoled. The only authorized Asolo repair center I can find is in NH and I'd prefer not to mail them somewhere. Anyone had hiking boots resoled at Lloyd's shoe repair or Logan's boot and shoe repair or anywhere else you'd recommend?
