I'm watching Masters coverage and I haven't seen Shane or Gerbies featured once. What a travesty!

I had a question while rewatching for the millionth time.

In S4E11, after the Platinum Dragon Lord’s fight with Pandora’s Actor and Albedo, he tells Azuth that he “is sure that there are stronger beings than him out there”. This is at 19:55 time stamp. Who is this referring to? Anyone much stronger than PDL would presumably be a true rival to Ainz or his NPCs in a 1v1. Is PDL just speculating or does he have a good reason to make that assumption?

I haven’t seen any mention of anyone who is stronger than PDL and still alive (Dragon Emperor is dead, 6 Great Gods are dead, 8 Greed Kings are dead, Elf King is weaker, Zesshi is weaker, etc.)
