My budget is 1lakh rupees I can push it to 1lakh 10 rupees MAX. ($1100)

Where should I do my bachelor's of designs? Which college among these are best in terms of placements and curriculum?

I recently discovered and got to know about this exam - MIT DAT But now I see that on Google it's saying that last date for registration was 28 feb I visited the website, there it's showing that I can register but having some glitches and the page is crashing. Im stressing out idk why. What should I do And can you guys confirm whether the window for registration is actually closed or it's there. I have also given UCEED exam and got 116 marks in part A and expecting 40-45 marks in part B.
