  1. I know sleeping on my stomach is considered the worst position to sleep in, but I just can't really sleep in any other position. Do you have any advice for me?
  2. My sleep is just ass overall. Even if I sleep on my stomach, I might only get 5–6 hours of sleep per night, and I wake up feeling groggy and tired. I'm currently taking melatonin, which helps a bit, but not too much.

I’m struggling with a really frustrating issue where information just won't enter my brain, no matter how many times I re-read something or rewind a video.

It happens with both study materials and TV shows/movies. Even with subtitles on, I read the lines, but the meaning doesn't register at all. I end up rewinding every few seconds just to figure out what was said, which ruins the experience and makes studying nearly impossible.

Is this a focus issue, executive dysfunction, or cognitive overload? Has anyone dealt with this and found a way to fix it?

I want to strengthen my joints and shins at home, but as I said, I don't have any equipment besides a 5 kg dumbbell, which probably won't be much help. Unfortunately, there aren't many punching bags where I train either.

Does anyone have any recommendations for exercises I can do at home without any equipment?
