My party recently stopped at Khazan's Tower on the way to the Werewolf Den and decided to bring the suit of animated armor along with them.
The Holy Symbol of Ravenkind is in Mother Night's treasure pile, and they're contemplating using the animated armor to take it and hand it to a PC. What do you think happens to the curse?
To jog anyone's memory:
Any creature that takes treasure from this pile is haunted by horrible dreams every night.. Returning ta stolen item to the treasure pile doesn't end the curse.
I'm inclined to let it work. It's a pretty creative solution I wasn't anticipating, but I'm unsure if directing a soulless tool to remove the object is any different than, say, scr
It's driving me a little crazy. Evee is no help, just says the last tablet is in "Netherra...?" but I've been through the main game... a lot and the DLC worlds (including the architect) probably a dozen times now.
I can't seem to find helpful guidance anywhere online.
Thanks in advance.
Essentially above.
I was trying to edit some values to make reputation management a bit less annoying (I don't care if you hate me and give me bad pay/salvage, just let me do your 5-skull missions!) but nothing seems to actually... change anything?
The things I have attempted so far:
Change LoathedMaxContractDifficulty (Hated/Disliked/Indifferent/Friendly) values to 10.
Changed the same above where it ranges from -3 to 3 (for the campaign values, not that it should matter for career).
Changed the HatedReputation (etc) thresholds to <-101 to see if that could be a workaround.
I also wanted to fight more comstar (because I'm an idiot who started in 3025 and I just want to Pokemon s

I went through the proving grounds and realized 2 games in "Oh yeah this is definitely a bot. Well okay it's just for the proving grounds."
Then I played the mandatory 8 games vs bots (which is far too many to force on players, btw).
Then my first match? Bot. Second match, human, thankfully. Since then I'd say probably 40% of my matches have been against bots. What gives? Are we trying to keep matchmaking queues low? If so, you're not doing me any favors, and none of my matches vs humans have taken more than 10 seconds anyway.
Is anyone else having this problem? I'm currently in mid-bronze and climbing fast (partially thanks to THESE DAMN BOTS), but these bot games are providing me wi
And on a related note, why does tank feel so squishy?
I can have 4.5k hp with ~200 physical armor (which is ~13k effective hp against physical), pop a razorback for 25% more armor and still get bursted down by the carry (sparrow, it's always sparrow) in about 3 seconds while they take no more than 20% of their HP.
What gives? Is something broken? Does "Bonus X Damage" not get reflected via razorback? I'm almost certain that something fucky is going on, but I can't quite figure it out.
Trying out the new endless mode as Lottie, got a cornucopia early and went full-in on a gold shotgun-boat (as one does).
Ended up picking up 2x Hand Saw and a Duplication Machine. Oh how appropriately named it is.
Loading one cannon counts as loading both, which procs the hand saws for both cannons. This means with 2 hand saws, you get more than one resource back on average when you load a cannon. In other words: Infinite resources.
Infinite gold? Check. Infinite shields? Check. Infinite wood? Check. Infinite Harpoons? Check. Infinite Tendrils? Check. Unlimited power? Big honkin' check.
Anyways that is all. Enjoy this while it lasts I guess!
Hello all, I'm new to Dungeon World and fiction-forward in general. I think I'm taking to the concept pretty well, and my party and I have enjoyed our sessions so far.
We do have a Paladin, and one thing I'm not getting is Lay on Hands. I looked at the Bard and Cleric for reference, and there are clear downsides on 6-, but the Paladin's move is lacking.
My initial thought is that the Paladin takes on the wound (or takes some lesser wounds) without any healing at all. That also curbs scenarios where the party has a little time (say 20 minutes or so) and the Paladin just tops everyone off, trivializing supply management.
That said, it feels... a little harsh. So I thought I'd pool some ot
