The caulk I used on my fiberglass tub surround has cracked and become brittle. Obviously, I didn't know the right stuff to use.

The installer left gaps that are larger than I would like, but there is nothing I can do about that now.

What (white) product should I use that can fill a 1/4 inch gap and stay flexible? The surround is contoured, do I need a backer too?

My mother and my wife's mother are both interested in building a small home on our property.
We have plenty of land and access to utilities is not going to be an issue.
We still have a mortgage, so we assume we can't just deed them each a quarter acre, but we want to be able to deed it to them if we ever decide to sell.

Is there any way to accomplish this?

I have a sub-panel in a barn that is connected to the main with a 3 wire conductor. It is grounded using a grounding rod and copper wire. Can I safely power the house with a generator connected here?

Second question: Should I bond the ground and neutral in this scenario at the sub-panel? I've asked two electricians and gotten opposite answers.

I think that the poison swamp update could be a good one once I get another ban slot. That 1.5 swamp size puts it beyond my BH range.

Does anyone know how many stones it takes to get to 100% uptime? Or is that even possible?
