I host our dnd sessions every other Saturday from 8pm-12ish in View Royal. We have 3 players plus myself, and would like a 4th to make it easier if a player can’t make a session. We’re all male, late 20s to late 30s. We’re at our 5th session this weekend and have a player unable to make it. All blue collar, we certainly enjoy some beers, we pitch on pizza and snacks and have a laid back vibe to the session. Although it’s horror themed, the tone isn’t overly serious, silliness encouraged.

I use paper maps and battle maps, some terrain for the right occasion. We use paper minis and I almost definitely have a mini for your character. The campaign is Ravenloft inspired, but I’m doing my own thi

If you and your friends are interested in trying DnD but just don’t know how to get into it, I’d love to help. I’m a newer DM but have run a starter kit and am currently running a campaign with another group. Just wanting more experience and to also help a new group since it can be tough to find a DM.

You must host, Friday or Saturday nights. Ideally 3-4 hr sessions. I can provide everything, you’ll just need a notebook and a pencil. Will take anywhere from 5-10 sessions to complete the full campaign but also happy to run a single session (one shot) campaign that might run like 4-5hrs, if that’s all you’re interested in.

Shoot me a DM if you’re interested :)

Just had two party members drop after finishing our last campaign. We’re down to myself and one player. We have a few people that may pop in for a session once in a while, but can’t commit to the campaign.

I’m absolutely stoked to play this, hoping to start up mid July.

Ravenloft : The Horrors Within is a collection of nightmare realms called domains of dread. Each domain of dread is ruled or influenced by a cursed villain called a dark lord. They are tethered by an unusual mist that rolls in without warning, moving entire cities to different planes of existence. It’ll kick off in Barovia, home to Castle Ravenloft and Count Strahd Von Zarovich. There are some new horror themed species,

I used to have this vinyl record and it was in French. Not sure if they were French or French Canadian. The album cover artwork was a living room setting with pot leaf pattern wall paper. I remember the music was so pleasant, resembling CSNY. I believe 70s but not 100%. Would love to finally hear it again.

Every. Single. Time. I go through the crosswalk with my infant in a stroller or walking my dog, someone tries to rip through the intersection either right in front of me or behind me. The advance green traffic goes, then when the pedestrian walk light goes on, 2-3 cars still try and make it, often driving in between pedestrians. I’m sick of it. This intersection needs delayed turn instead of advanced.

I’m recording cars and license plates while walking through this intersection now since my wife talked me out of egging the cars that do this. And I’ll be reporting every single one to theRCMP. Have some patience people.

Let me know if you’ve had a similar experience here.

Been playing guitar for 20 years, would consider myself an intermediate players. I picked up a Godin Multiac and have really been enjoying it. Have dabbled in some finger style like classical gas, hotel California live version, some Yngwie Malmsteen riffs, green sleeves and a few other random pieces. Looking for some challenging songs and maybe some advice on technique.
