This is my fountain pen. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

My fountain pen is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.

Without ink, my fountain pen is useless. Without my fountain pen, ink is messy. I must ink up my fountain pen full. I must write freer than my ballpoint handwriting, which was trying to cramp me. I must write smooth and gracefully. I will ...

My fountain pen and I know that what counts in writing is not the color of the ink, the width of the nib, nor the flourishes we make. We know that it is the words that count. We will write well ...

My fountain pen is human, even as I am human, because it is my life. Thus, I will learn it

This was a stray thought from another thread, but considering that we now know that >!Nemesis is a Walker, specifically He Who Walks Beside!< what if the reason it isn't everywhere (like an actual infection) is because it only has 13 bodies in our reality like the Corner Hound when it came through?

That would explain why we don't simply get "all Fomor are suddenly supercharged because they're all infected." Instead, each body used for outright possession (Lea, Justine) or for influence (Maeve, Aurora, Peabody) is one that it must "spend" to pull off its tricks.

No real evidence, just me theory-crafting.

Dresden has an actual Foo dog, and now he has a full compliment of the real-deal gargoyles made by Etienne himself that are way better than "things like Ancient Mai creates."

I so want to read her reaction to Dresden having actual gargoyles as servants in the castle. I'm imagining another Accords matter where Mai's presence in Dresden's castle makes sense and she sees a Spice Goyle grooming Mouse at some point.

She would absolutely be forced to understand Dresden's nature at that point (assuming she knows enough about the nature of the gargoyles and that they will only serve a benevolent wizard). Perhaps its even the straw that breaks the camel's vote, to mix a metaphor. She throws in with

Why can't I access Bill Pay?

None of this was required last week, and all of these introduce security vulnerabilities. This is a banking site, not social media. Why?

I logged in, tried to navigate to payments and the site tells me I have to permit cross-site tracking cookies, cross-site scripts, and any other unsafe requests the web site decides to make.

It was literally saying to disable all safety settings for modern web browsing... on a banking site! Why, BoA, why?

I don't have Chrome installed, and I'm not going to set my browser to full pants down mode. They need to fix this. It worked fine last week.
