I’ve been messing around with killers I don’t play with and noticed that some survivors don’t go for hatch even if I drop them on top of it. And I don’t know if this confirms that new players don’t play the tutorial or if they’re just giving up.

Hello. It already says that I’ve claimed the rewards but they don’t show up in the game. I don’t know if it’s because I have to download the app on my ps4 or if I didn’t linked my twitch and ps account properly. I only have twitch on my phone. Thanks in advance.
