Have been working on a basement improvement project and am finishing up the drywall on the ceiling.
After mudding I did a coat of PVA primer to seal and have been doing a bit of finish mudding and re-priming in places that needed touch ups.
Should finally be done with the last round of that today and will be able to move onto painting. There are many places where you can see what is mud vs the drywall paper but it seems like it's just the absorption differences between the materials as everything looks and feels smooth. Assuming that is normal but if you feel different let me know.
Additionally will the PVA primer be good enough to put final paint on or should I do a coat of proper "paint
Been wrestling with getting the bead set for the last day and some. I have ran through and tried the steps found around here with no success. What's annoying me the most is that I've been able to get it set with minimal hassle for the past couple years.
When I go to inflate using a compressor (~100psi), valve core removed, even half of the bead set from using a tube there is just 0 movement from the tire. I can tell air is getting around the tire using some soapy water but the tire just won't budge.
I have stumbled upon a strat for a fast Escue kill with the screw attack. If you are mid screw attack when Escue charges the wall you can keep bouncing between it and the wall for big damage. If you use the shine spark opener + this it will take him down every time. 0 shots fired.
