So, we are all aware of the issue of citadel spam and the massive defensive advantages they all offer. What I'm proposing is a system that rewards groups who actively utilize their citadels, but penalizes groups who don't.

What do you think about ADMs, but for citadels? Groups who use their space citadels get defensive advantages. Groups who don't use their space citadels will have defensive penalties, such as perhaps you have much more vulnerability time as well as only one (or two) attempts needed to destroy one, as well as a reduction of (or, just for un-utilized citadels, outright removing) the DPS Cap.

This means that Citadels would reward groups who actively live in their spa

I am a poor IRL and would also like to partake in the sweet sweet CONCORD ships and other associated goodies

Some CCP_%NAME% have also mentioned that people at fanfest would have impact on the future of EVE or at least EVE lore and I'm sure that there are lots of others who would like to have an impact but do not want to pay the extortionate prices to go to CCPland

tl;dr Please take my money CCP

Very good main cannon, some of the best missiles in the game, very quick, maneuverable, not the best heals in the game but has the ability to have regen stacked on almost every crew member in a teamfight. Only downside is how paper thin it is at 6K HP but because when self-tugboated you are the fastest ship in the game (excluding blinks etc) and because of that it's very hard to run you down.

I am a 700 MMR Scrub but most matches I find myself just steamrolling the opposition with something crazy like 15T/0D/30S/10C or something like that, and being the MVP for takedowns when that award should actually go to a dedicated dps.

Am I just good at the superlifter or are my enemies just bad? Tho

I sexually Identify as a Augoror. Ever since I was a blueprint, I dreamed of soaring over the logi anchor at 2500m dropping hot sticky reps on needy fleetmates.

People say to me that a person being a remote repair vessel is Impossible and I'm fucking retarded, but I don't care, I'm beautiful.

I'm having a ship salesman install remote repair nanite projectors, capacitor boosters, and strap a Hobgoblin II to each of my limbs. From now on I want you guys to call me "Logibro" and respect my right to repair from above and repair needlessly.

If you can't accept me FUCKING BROADCAST FOR REPS JESUS CHRIST FUCKING HELL GODDAMNIT IT'S NOT THAT HARD and you need to check your logistics wing privile

I've been trying to find a guide for this somewhere but couldn't seem to find any.

Say that I have a 2 accounts: 1 being a cyno on a friendly citadel within cyno range, and 2 being a ratting carrier in system doing its thing and suddenly there's a red spike in local.

What's stopping me from just lighting the cyno on my alt and GTFOing out of the system then and there, aside from the materials cost? Is there a timed delay, does the carrier need to be out of combat etc?

Honestly, I'm not even that good at the game. I main Lucio and try to do well with others like Zen and Pharah (but only in Quick Play as I'm not any good and will bring my team down as I'm in middle Plat. Zen excepted from that as paired with a competent Rein, Lucio, and other good players, you will do well.)

But every match of comp I play in I get matched with braindead morons who trickle into the point and die and tell me to fuck off and die when I suggest (in a friendly manner, mind you) that tracer is not a very good pick for defence, idiots who stand still in front of Widows, people who run in front of Rein's shield and get picked off by Roadhog (What did you think was going to happen

Did anything ever come of the Chance to Hit indicator that CCP showed off a while ago?
