So since Aida cloth is cotton I can just dye it using fabric dye .... right? 😅 does anyone have any experience dyeing Aida cloth or tips or tricks ?

Hi 34f. I am five days post op from my arthroscopic knee surgery. Had a meniscus tear in March 2025. Finally had surgery. I find it weird that they didn’t even discuss post op what exactly the doctor did or found during the surgery. My post op follow up isn’t until the 17th. I had my first PT session yesterday (it seemed kind of rushed if I’m being honest). Realistically what should I be expecting from myself and progress. I tend to be hard on myself (thanks depression, anxiety, and adhd). How much movement and activity should I be doing? I know I was told I can be immediately weight bearing and I have been. I tore it a year ago(no idea how). I received one steroid shot which did nothing to help. I was scheduled for surgery to repair it but it was postponed/canceled due to moving out of state and some insurance bs.
