The last time I received communion was a few weeks ago at an evening mass at my Novus Ordo parish, and the morning after I realized that I had a small nosebleed. I had made the best confession I could earlier that day but I realized that this could be a sign that I'd done something wrong without realizing it.

Tonight I attended a Tridentine Mass with a friend and, since I couldn't get to confession beforehand, didn't take communion. It was a very intense experience for me, I hadn't gone to a TLM for the past couple of years, and I realize now that I've come home that I had a minor nosebleed.

Hello, I'm just posting to ask everyone's opinion on the Japanese Rising Sun Flag and its variants. Specifically, I have two questions (and three associated polls): do you prefer when the sun is on-center or off-center, and do you prefer if the colour of red used on the flag is more vibrant or more muted?
