Hi everyone!
I’m looking to move to Downtown Silver Spring in a few months, and am looking for recommendations for apartments. I feel like generally when I look at the reviews for apartments I see an overwhelming majority of bad experiences due to self-selection bias, so it’s hard to really get a sense of the experience living at any particular apartment building based on the reviews. Can anyone speak to places in DTSS where they have had a markedly positive living experience?
In particular I’m interested in buildings within walking distance of the metro, and I also would love to know about apartments that have in-unit individual AC controls, not connected to a centralized HVAC system.
TLDR at the bottom because I’ve never known how to express my thoughts succinctly.
Historically, Hi-Rez/Titan Forge has generally used Twitter as the place that they post minor updates, event announcements, marketing materials, and things like that. This has always been a little inconvenient for me since I haven’t been on twitter in over a decade, but beyond just making it about me, it’s always felt maybe a little unprofessional to me to use Twitter as the source of the studio’s official announcements, and I think it’s also unintuitive to new players who haven’t been around the scene long enough to learn that they need to look on Twitter for news.
There’s also the issue that Twitter has
Anyone else having an issue where instacast just doesn’t apply to susano’s 1? Or just me?
Curious what new item/god combo everyone is most excited about. We can start with crit Ymir cuz that one is a freebie.
I for one think that poly on Neith surely goes stupid.
Give me your spiciest theory crafted takes so I can steal them all tonight.
It's day 3. Still feels like day 1. We had the healthiest relationship. Never fought, and anytime we had issues we always discussed them maturely like adults. We were always on the same team against the problem, desperately searching together for a solution that would foster a continued long term healthy relationship.
Our friends always looked at us as the quintessential healthy happy couple. We were the example they looked to for what they should want in a relationship. I think in everyone's eyes we were already married and the whole proposal, ring, I do thing was just a formality to be taken care of at a later date. We were happy. And then her feelings just started to fade.

Hi reddit. I'm aware that most of what I'm about to say is emotional and illogical, I just need to talk to someone and I don't have anyone to talk to. (22M btw)
My girlfriend just broke up with me. No one did anything wrong, no one is to blame, it was just one of those things where sometimes feelings just go away for one person and there's nothing you can do about it. It fucking sucks.
I love her more than anything, and I just want her to be happy, so if this is what she needs then this it what she needs, but goddammit I'm so scared. I'm scared to be single right now in quarantine when I was already struggling with transitioning out of college and dealing with the idea of working every day
The average was a 69. Our fearless memelord leader Jason would be proud.
You're Killin it dude! I envy your skills
It’s funnier, the acting is better, and the plot makes me care about the characters way more.
