I'm a 20-year-old male and I really want to learn how to do ASMR, but I don't know where I can learn about trigger words, I want to do roleplay and sleep ASMR but I've never been able to take it seriously or practice with anyone without getting embarrassed, this is a lot to ask but any help or resources on trigger words, or anything on how to create roleplay/sleep ASMR would be great!
