I had a regular week where I don't feel like I overused pain meds but used some into a horrendous migraine week where I definitely overused because I was on vacation and didnt want to deal with it and just wanted to knock it out. I used triptans and aspirin and Panadol all in excess and the following week started to realise the continued pain could be overuse of meds.

So I've gone cold turkey for four days with no pain relief to try and reset and my head pain comes and goes every day. Usually goes away when I sleep but hits me again by 5pm. Now I'm feeling like maybe im gaslighting myself and it's not MAH or maybe it is but my head hurts so bad and I'm miserable and trying to decide whethe

Canberra Brave made it into the final round of the playoffs today and the semi finals was a nail biter than went into overtime. The Finals game is on today at 2PM and you can watch it on disney+ - ESPN if you're interested.

The commentators are pretty good at explaining things as if you're a new fan so its a good chance to get into the game if you've been potentially interested. (and if you get addicted like a lot of us, then the NHL season starts end of September)

I am a crocheter and I want to do both so after a few mini projects learning how to knit and purl I'm now trying to follow a pattern for a beanie. I feel stupid though, in this pattern there's no instructions after cast on 122 stitches it just says to go straight into row 1 K1 P1.

I'm using circular needles should I be doing something to connect them now that I've cast on that's unsaid in this pattern or do I continue separately? Also this pattern doesn't actually say circular needles or straight I just sort of assumed.

I'm just curious - whiskeyjack went through the story of first meeting quick Ben and how he soulshifted the other mages into himself so he has access to multiple Warrens as a result.

Do those souls within him ever vy for control? Right now tattersail chapters indicate that night chill and tattersail are both within Silverfox and both make up who she is so wouldn't Quick Ben absorbing 8 souls be a similar sort of case?

I have about 27 books of fairyloot editions I'm looking to unhaul, as since getting into fairyloot I now am into leatherbounds and have to make space for the gorgeous Sanderlanche happening in my bookcase.

I think a couple seem to be more in demand than others. I don't want to be accused of scalping but they're in very good condition and the original shipping to Australia was pretty fun price wise.

All I want to do is unhaul reasonably with a fair price - where is best to do that in Australia? Ebay seems to take an arm and a leg.

I've had 'bad headaches' for years and years and always just thought, it was just one of those things for women, and particularly me. Too much sleep? headache, not enough sleep? headache. Too much water? headache. not enough? headache. I just thought it was my body's way of dealing with things.

With some of the different things I've learned along the way to cope with these - ice packs for eyes, electrolyte powder, triage of different drugs, most of these haven't ever been so debilitating I couldn't do stuff. I'd once or twice a month be unable to work and one time was severe enough I was at the hospital and those I all considered migraines.

Not sure what to really do about this one, dog had an aural hematoma, the vets have done surgery on him twice. The first time stitches / drainage wasnt in properly and after a week it filled back up again. The second time it healed nicely. At the same time they checked him for mites / signs of infection / foreign material in the ear / what the cause could have been.

It's about two months later and we noticed just the very tip of his ear starting to inflate, but it doesnt seem to be bothering him right now.

Anything else that could be causing this that I should look into? He's a swiss shepherd
