Title. Was planning on using bloodlust to apply the damage buff with aoe spell. Should be useful for potd. Don't want to waste gold, skill points, or an item slot if it doesn't work that way.

I found a lacerate, one inch punch quickstrike and I was wondering if it was a stack of bleed per beam or if it was just the one tick.
Heya, I recently did an apoc run with this build where I didn't get stuck; even against some real painful modifiers and rough bosses. Sunken witch, base sha hala, awakened king, meatball, that stupid stone warrior boss. This went through the gauntlet. I keep seeing people asking about heavy carry builds and all the youtubers pushing sandstorm and nebula spam even on carry builds, like they won't get nerfed. We aren't doing that. We have a loyal friend and a laser mini gun, we don't need mods. I anticipate the dlc balance patch will barely affect this build, if at all. If you're looking for an engineer build with no micromanaging, no worrying about manual buffs, and no swapping, you're in the
I haven't played the game since right after awakened king and need some build advice for the one shot. Mostly to try and grab as much missing new stuff as I can, initially. While I have kept up with reading the patch notes, it's a lot of info. I don't have practical knowledge of all the stuff that's been changed or added. A lot of suggestions I found skimming numbers and build info online were for things I obviously won't have at first, have been changed, moved, or removed etc.
Anything you can suggest to put me on the right track would be really appreciated. Right now my impression is taking handler is my best route until I unlock invoker. I just need a functional build from stuff that ei
I've never painted my nails before but it's pretty common in the subculture I associate with so I figured I would try since it would add to my look. Not really knowing anything, I was browsing for matte black and came to conclusion that it's not as simple as 'buy one thing and apply it'. Which is what I thought I was going to do! I did a little search but that only added to the confusion on what I actually needed. I figured someone here could help me? Don't be afraid of treating me like I'm dumb, you can explain it like I'm a child if you want.
How many coats do I need? Do I just use the matte as a top coat? I haven't bought anything yet so you can tell me what to get if you have suggestion
I was hoping someone might be able to suggest a party set up around bard mc. As specific or general as you care to explain. I'm not really rigid other than playing a bard tav using charisma scaling.
Most of my play time has been spent in co op, where I haven't played face at all, and I've played very simple builds and no casters personally; 2x battlemasters, one ranged and one 2h, and throwbarb. In our campaigns when we're short someone I usually manage shadowheart and swapped her to war.
Last week one of my friends had some overtime so we started without him. I had his lore bard for awhile and it was a lot of fun but not built particularly well. I didn't realize they had access to so much
I lost a combined 5k+ ammo from the two weapon I carry/use. It's just...gone? Like it was there and now it isn't. I pulled my hard target to snipe a spacer and there was zero rounds, even what was in the mag was gone. So I checked my particle rifle, also, nothing.
Does anyone know what causes this so I can avoid doing it again? I'm not even sure what to do now, heavy fuse ammo is really expensive to buy..
There will be times you want to walk away with everything from a battle. All the guns, all the armor, all the material scattered around, whatever. It's easy to get over encumbered and have to walk back to the ship. >!The personal atmosphere starborn power follows you, it doesn't stay where you cast it.!< What that means, is you can freely walk with 3x your weight if you like. >!You won't run out of oxygen before the power bar recharges, so you can use it as much as you need to.!< It's basically just unlimited oxygen for 10 seconds.
I've been using engineer since I picked it up, but once I got archon, I still wanted to use it. The synergy they have isn't obvious, because...well...they don't really have any. But I wasn't going to let that stop me! And it didn't, this build I glued together has been surprisingly effective. Especially if you enjoy using the turret, because you WILL be using the turret a lot. It's fairly simple, but I'll break it down anyway. It's also really fun. I didn't see any coverage for this weird combo, so I thought I might make one.
I have not tried this on apocalypse, please take that into consideration.
High Tech Luminary (Engineer + Archon) Build aka 'Turret Man & The Ghost'
I managed to get an adventure map with both slots open for access to the pulse rifle and core booster, so I know it's on the map but I don't know where to look for it. I've done insight terminus once prior but have not seen the facility before.
I've read as much as I could find on the glyph xp bug for nightmare dungeons, and almost all of them include someone mentioning barrage.
This is really stupid, so I tested it this evening; I played 15 nms dungeons in a row, deliberately finishing the boss/last enemy/objective object with some other skill. The glyph kiosk showed up every time.
Then I did 5 ending on barrage intentionally, the kiosk didn't spawn once. That's as close to proof as I'm going to get. My advice would be just don't finish a nm dungeon with barrage. I still haven't seen any recognition from blizzard at all despite the many topics you can find about the bug. I don't know if there are any other triggers for it, but
I was able to pretty easily clear the capstone at 62, >!hatred elias!<didn't even give me much trouble, but elites on t4 do too much damage. I don't have an issue wiping white mobs, it's not instant but it's not slow either, it's just elites certain ones especially. I just can't survive.
All my gear is sacred, aspects rolled middle or high end, and most of it is already over 700 with upgrades, so farming more gear on t3 isn't going to change much there. I guess I just don't really know what to do. I tried helltide some, gathering souls then changing to torment to bank on ancestral chests, but I have yet to get anything I can replace and if I come across a couple elites together I lose half
I just need some suggestions for small guns mods. Preferably lore friendly but if it's pretty tame that's fine too. Energy or ballistic, or both. Let me know what you like to use or have used for full play through (looking for something I can use the whole game or most of it) so hopefully things that scale pretty well.
