So stop me if any of the following is factually wrong, since this game has strange ideas about what counts as a death, but major characters who end up dying don't receive the same response from the survivors. White characters always have more impact on the plot, and minorities cease to exist in dialogue. If you're lucky, there'll be a line on the radio about your death or some shitty note that you don't have to read.
Some white guy named Jerry dies, so Abby has to go do something about it.
