Title says it all! I sometimes get seemingly random days where I take my dose, feel great for 1hr and then get an empty/nervous energy feeling. My current strategy that works great is doing some exercise, even a walk, but its not always possible. Do you guys ever have similar experience and whats in your toolbox? Is there something that works for you that is subtle enough for the office/public?

As title suggests im recently diagnosed with ADHD and currently titrating for the first time and I'm up to 72 mg concerta. I havent really had any of the bad side effects commonly mentioned, but it hasnt really given me this amazing sense of clarity I have seen others describe. If anything, on 72 mg I am feeling pretty rushing/on edge in the morning before it settles, is that the expectation and desired feeling, or should the feeling be very background (as it was for me more so on 36/54mg)? What is your guys experience/feeling when you are settled on a dose?

I'd say my best dose so far was 36 mg but it didnt feel like the answer (not much efficacy but no real side effects, unlike going high

As title suggests I am living in a shared house and a housemate of mine is a smoker (based in England). They regularly smoke below my window (I am 1st floor) and the smoke blows straight up into my room. Sometimes this can go on for an hour with my housemate near chainsmoking. I have also found this housemate smoking in the kitchen on a couple of occasions. As an asthmatic the smoke does have a noticeable affect on my breathing aside from just generally unpleasant.

I have approached my housemate on a number of occasions and basically been told to shove it, its their right to smoke where the want, even randomly accused me of being racist when I tried to politely share my feelings on the matt
