Im currently getting paid $1050 a week as weekly salary as a store manager regardless of the hours worked. I work on average 45 hours.. i do get a monthly override at the end of the following month based on performance …
My employer is saying since i earn more than $5100 ($1275 x 4) by the end of the month with the override i am not entitled to overtime or the weekly salary if $1275 required by NYC exempt law
Am i in the wrong to think i should be getting paid $1275 regardless of the monthly override
I submitted a theft claim for my car and they’re asking me for my title odometer and POA. There is also an email with a settlement amount and due date to receive by. Does this mean the claim has been approved? This is for Geico
Looking for some guidance, as my mother is currently battling PC

I’m just as lost of words probably just as each and everyone one of you were .. i need recommendations. I think she doesn’t want to go through chemo but I’m trying to convince her. they haven’t done a biopsy just yet but they feel fairly certain. I dont want mom to suffer but i want to know if they’re anything out there we can do. Thank you and God Bless 🙏
