Any good recs for a light to medium coverage concealer stick? I'm looking for something like Merit's. I like the multi-purpose coverage, no-special-tools blendable application - but it dries my skin out and starts flaking shortly after I put it on. I tend to only use it under my eyes and around my nose. I don't have the dryness issue with Glossier's Stretch Concealer, but it tends to slide right off. I don't want to spend a ton on another experiment so I'd love an affordable brand.

The forecast for my outdoor wedding this weekend is a bummer - high of 49 degrees with an 80% chance of rain. We do have an indoor plan B...but we're reeeeaally trying to make plan A work.
Does anyone have any experience with patio or tent heaters? Does the heat really emanate or do you need to be right beside it for it to be worth it? I'm willing to spend the extra money to have my dream courtyard wedding, but hate to blow it on something that may not actually be all that helpful to guests....especially because this is yet another gamble - if it's pouring, we'll be inside.

I’m trying to make plain-ish frozen meatballs in the slow cooker for a pasta bar party and understandably having a hard time finding any guidance. Because people will be mixing and matching sauces, I don’t want to cook the meatballs in a heavily flavored sauce. Any ideas? So far I’m thinking just add some beef broth and cook on high for 3-4 hours?

TL;DR: how many entree options are you offering for guests? How would you feel as a guest to only have a choice between chicken and vegetarian options?
Longer version - FH and I are torn between offering two buffet menus:
starter salad, chicken, beef, and three veggie sides (one of which would be a veggie entree for vegetarians via portion size.)

For context, much of our local crowd is vegetarian, but that accounts for a very small proportion of our overall guests. FH and I are not vegetarians, but we are not huge meat-eaters and would be totally happy offering more veggie friendly dishes than meat

Hi all! One of my dear friends is undergoing surgery for Crohn's and I want to put together an awesome care package for her. I have a few things already (books and personal things she'll like), but I want to include practical things that would be useful for her condition and healing. For those of you who have gone through this, is there anything that was particularly helpful that you'd recommend sending her way? I'm thinking over-the-counter stuff, snacks or meals that would fit within the post-surgery diet, or anything that would be a morale boost! Thanks for your help!
