I've got a 2008 Vibe, 5 speed manual, that's having issues with cruise control. When I press the stalk "in" to turn "on" cruise control, the "CRUISE" light comes on on the dash (so not a fuse issue?) But when I press the stalk "down" to "SET" my speed, nothing happens at all. No light change, no indication of anything, and the cruise control is NOT set.

I've read conflicting reports about the cruise control being disabled when the TPMS indicates an issue (which mine is: it blinks for about 60 seconds after turning the car on, indicating a malfunction of some kind. Side note: anyone have tips on that?) Is this true? Like I said, I've read conflicting reports saying that CC works fine with T

I've got an '08 Pontiac Vibe and I'm going to do an A/C "recharge". This car is new to me, and it's blowing cool-but-not-cold air. The previous owner claims that the A/C has never been worked on. I can see that the compressor clutch engages when the A/C is turned on, so I'm fairly sure that's working. This leads me to believe that, somehow (leak, intentional discharge, etc) most of the refrigerant has left the building and needs to be recharged. Please, let me know if that logic makes sense. I'm not an auto mechanic.

My plan is to buy a vacuum pump and a set of gauges, and to pull a vacuum on the system to check for a leak. If I don't encounter a leak, I plan to charge the system with the

Title says it. I'm looking to start doing yoga somewhere in the area, maybe one a week and ideally in the evenings. Are there any notably beginner friendly classes/groups to look into?

I'm not sure it matters (maybe some places have a preference/are exclusive), but I'm male.

I'm looking for more places like The Abra in Eau Gallie. Ideally places that host local (non cover) bands, punk or alternative preferred. Any places like this other than The Abra or is that the only one?

Title says is.

I'm trying to size a few objects to be the same, and the Affinity forums tell me "On the Toolbar, click Alignment, then set the Make Same option, choosing to size to Width or Height."

The thing is, the only "Alignment" option I have is under the Layer tab, and there isn't a "Make Same" option.

Anyone experiencing this? I'm on the newest version of Affinity Designer 2.

Hey!

I'm converting my beloved Space Horse, Horace, from it's stock 650b flat bar 1x "light touring" build to a 700c drop bar 2x gravel build.

I don't know how to deal with my bottom pull front derailleur, though. Horace uses a full-run shift cable for the front and rear, which leaves me with trying to figure out how to go from full-run housing to bottom pull SRAM Force front derailleur.

The question: Can someone with Space Horse that is setup 2x post some pictures of how your front derailleur cables are run, and how your front derailleur is set up?

Thanks!

Hey!

I'm currently transitioning my All City Space Horse from a flat bar town bike into a more dedicated road-ish bike. I'm swapping the flats for some drops, swapping my Advent X for SRAM Force front/rear mechs, and using SRAM Red brifters. The only thing I still need is a (double) crankset that is both good looking and compatible with 10 speed SRAM stuff.

Anyone have any recommendations? Ideally I'd spend around ~$150 or less on the crankset (with or without chainrings). I don't need or particularly want anything too new, either. I'm just hoping to see some interesting options!

Thanks!

Hey!

I'm very new to chemistry (~a month into my first class), and I'm lost on this question. I'm given a whole bunch of polyatomic anions that I'm supposed to name, and a pretty vague lab manual text as direction.

For example, one of the polyatomic anions is N2O2^2-. My lab manual gives some information regarding this, saying "If only two polyatomic anions form from an element and oxygen, the polyatomic anion have the element with the higher oxidation number uses the suffix -ate; the (ion with the) lower oxidation number uses -ite."

I have a number of questions about this. First of all: how do I know how many polyatomic anions could form from this? The text says "If only two po

Hey!

I'm working on a customer's bike, and his power meter isn't working the way it should. The zero offset is way off, and the power meter isn't recognizing that I'm outputting any power (when pedaling). It does display my RPMs though, just not power.

Any thoughts? Is it just dead?

Preemptively: I have followed all the steps in the Quarq Power Meter Basic Troubleshooting PDF, to no avail.

Thanks!
