Hi!, for the last week or so my laptop (Acer Nitro 5) has been using consistently low cpu, as little as 3 percent sometimes, even while watching movies or playing games but usually it goes up-to 20-30%, im not sure how i can fix this, the gpu usage seems to be working as normal, is this a problem, and if so how can i fix it?

Ever since i have gotten my autism diagnoses, my parents think that im suddenly dumb and treat me like a baby, but when i argue with them im a good for nothing adult, i hate this so much, and i have tried to talk to them about it for ages but they just push me away, they even know about sensory issues and such with certain fabrics and completely disregard it and buy those clothes for me anyway, saying i should just get over it.
