I recently received a distracted driving ticket and I was wondering if there are any non profit societies that will help explain the legal process and potentially represent me if needed. I'm currently collecting PWD and have little to no funds. I'm scared of the potential hardship it could cause me later on down the road!! Recently got a cell phone ticket and it could lead to driver risk premium. However I was falsely accused as the phone was not in my hand it was in the cup holder. But the cop still issued it as use of cellular device while driving. please leave friendly suggestions in the comments with the business name.
