Basically title, I own already 2 Anbernic XX devices but I’d love to get something more powerful, especially if I can spend less than online

Hi all, me and my wife are buying our first house and we got an offer accepted for a property not too far from the Offerton community centre (Ashway Clough).

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what the area is like if it’s a place to avoid or if it’s ok. Thanks!

Hi all! I am considering buying the Air Pods Pro 2 but I am reading quite a lot of problems with the pairing with Nintendo Switch, has the situation improved lately?

Hi all, I used to do mute vlogs with English hardsubs and I always set my video language to English.

However now I kinda want start talking in my videos but I want to do it in my own language (Italian) while still keeping the English hardsub.

Do you suggest me to keep the video language to English? Does it really make a difference?

Thanks!

Hi all, as the title said our mortgage broker said that the bank requested quite a lot of reports to grant the mortgage (I guess to correctly estimate the property?) and since it was a lot of money we're not willing to pay we said to the owner that we're going to pull off unless he pays for all of these (with any guarantees are transferrable to new owners, as per bank request). What do you think about it? Any similar experience?
