Any chance to reset all changed keyboard bindings at once?
I don't know who implemented that shi&&y idea, wtf?
I open file a, then file b, don't need a anymore and close it, and excel feels like it is a good idea to annoy me and close file b too. I even had this bigger change and saved b before. Then I recognised my fault and wanted to undo it, wanted to clean up my desktop a bit (to have the word file used as c&p source next to my Excel) Guess what? My erroneous change was burnt into that file when it was closed. 2 hours to change everything back what else could have been done with a few ctrl-z.
How can this be stopped? (It's my customers system, swapping to LO is no option😜.) and closed a.
I don't find a setting after I imported my Linux mail folders. Must I edit the profile.js and move folders manually?
Hi! I run a Fritz!Box 6690 cable as home router with a 128GB USB 3.0 stick as NAS storage. We currently don't use it that much, just to exchange between attached notebooks, store some recover data and tax documents (to can scan them from different notebooks with only one destination). I want to use it as a music server too in the future. Another usage recently added is as document storage for our kids charity organization where I'm doing the financial stuff, organize member registration and such. I'd like to give read access to all the other board member to these directories and write access to some subdirectories.
A) the USB stick solution is quite laggy, it would probably not be cured by

Since upgrading to Mint 22.1 incl. Cinnamon 6.4.6 I have to restart Cinnamon three or four times a day because my second display (QuadFyllHD) only used for a Citrix session for work freezes. That session is working fine though.
The freeze occurs after an undetermined time or number switches between my Linux session and the Citrix window, even Firefox windows don't react normally.
Switching with Alt-tabs shows the open prog preview on the big screen but they can't be switched there.
Any idea which log I should into?
I know Prime does not support higher resolutions or downloads on Linux in general due to that nonsense DRM bs.
While iinstalling Mint on an older laptop yesterday I had the time to see Netflix mentioned in the slideshow.
Don't tell me Netflix does support 4k on Linux.
Congratulations!
Upgrade from 22 was absolutely seamless on my Yoga and my Framework.
The nwallpaper collection is the ultimate collection, the most awesome I ever saw in 35 years.
It makes my "really different workspaces" script even more valuable (different wallpapers/themes/icons/links for ever workspace).
Since this update in my customers Citrix sesssion, unread messages - which are already marked by bold blue subject lines - have now an additional bold blue bar left to the thread marker/priority column. Don't find an option to remove it. It's a second signal for "hey, you did not reply to that" causing needless stress.
Which the latest update, the "tabsbelow" css changes I made (today - days_user_exists) are ignored.
Can somebody help?
Funny enough you can't even use "help" in Outlook's menu to find the version for the title...
After 25+ years of using Outlook today I had to search for an email with a specific date for the first time, and knew the extended search has a filter therefore.
As I can't add a screenshot, test it by yourself. It's the outcome of this Monday morning work order:
"Hey Gary, add a search filter so users can search for emails received ››on any date‹‹."
"Okay, Steve, give me five minutes."
I got three Linux distros installed, with Mint as my main system. Somehow I (or Debian) managed to install a second bootloader, starting now as default, I have to choose Mint manually. Since I wasn't successful changing boot priority under Mint (and didn't try under Debian), I went to the BIOS at next reboot where I found the two bootloaders. I can select the Mint one there and start it, but I can't change the sequence permanently like I'm used to for different boot mediums like USB, HDD, PXE, CDROM. Any idea?
