Hi folks,

I am playing Phasmo for the first time. I was playing nightmare difficulty on Tanglewood. Strangely, many hiding spots were available, but I did not question this at the time. I suspected the ghost was an Aswang, so I looped it around the car. It sped up very fast, so I felt confident trying to have it chase me into a hiding spot. I talked to it so that it followed me into the entrance hall closet, but it killed me instead of stopping the hunt. It did end up being an Aswang. Is this a bug with the Aswang, or with Tanglewood?

Other info:

  • I was on PC
  • NOT a cursed hunt
  • I had no electronics on me, only item was a lighter (T2)
  • I was playing coop with one friend, who was dead

Excuse the provocative title - but the core message is the same. This post will be a lot of me rambling, so if you aren’t interested please feel free to skip this post.

Basically, I really want to see Capcom blatantly reuse monsters from previous MH games to pad out endgame content. I’ve been playing MH for a very long time, and I have really started to miss the days of getting a new MH game at launch and being able to fight a bunch of ‘post HR last boss’ monsters. I feel like this has largely been replaced by postgame monsters being gradually patched in after release, well after most people who bought the game have stopped playing (What percentage of people who fought HR arkveld returned/s

Hi folks, I don’t usually make these kind of posts, but I figured now is a good a time as any. I’m asking for other’s input as I both have autism and feel a lot of self-doubt whenever I do anything that could potentially upset one of my friends.

Me and one of my close friends live pretty close by to one another, and I was just getting out of uni for the day. I asked if she wanted to catch dinner, but she already ate so she offered me to come over to her place to “lock in” (we both have lots of computer work we need to do, have executive dysfunction and have talked about forcing each other to work together by doing computer work together). I went over since she’s only a few minutes away and

Howdy folks, I’m trying to use the Extract Multi Values to Points tool in order to extract values from a multidimensional raster and add them to a point feature. I want to add the value from each dimension of the raster separately to their own fields. The multidimensional raster is a series of 6 dimensions, each contains the quantity of soil organic carbon at a different depth. The problem I am having is that I am only able to extract the values from one of the dimensions, which appears to be the deepest of them. Even if I change the current display slice in the Multidimensional tab, though it changes what I see in my view, it does not change what Extract Multi Values to Points extracts.

Spoilers below up to HR20, be warned ye.

This is going to sound really silly to most folks (and feel free to ignore if you disagree!), but I really dislike Ebony and Fulgur being exclusive to Guardian forms in Wilds. I’m not really a big fan of the whole “synthetic monsters” idea, so having them only available as artificial versions is disappointing to me.

It’s kinda like if a MH game had a robot lagiacrus in the game that fought exactly like normal lagiacrus, but it was and looked like a robot. Lots of folks would still feel happy since the lagiacrus fight was in the game… but the monster isn’t actually lagiacrus, if you get me.

Howdy folks,

Full disclosure… I’m nobody important, and my opinion ultimately does not matter. I just wanted a place to share my thoughts with others. No obligation to ready any of this, obviously. If you do… I appreciate you!

A little about myself - I’ve been playing MH for about 12 years now. I wouldn’t call myself an expert, but it’s definitely a special interest of mine. I love ecology, which is a big part of my interest in the series. I’ve been super excited about Wilds, and didn’t watch the launch trailer or read datamines to avoid spoilers as best I could.

Anyways, what I liked during my time in LR:

  • Super cool monster designs (mostly). I loved almost every monster in the game, l

I’ve seen almost 10 comments saying something along the lines of “It’s too bad the legs aren’t lagiacrus, I guess it might not be in” with someone replying like “Hah… just you wait ;) lets just say it might happen”. There’s nothing wrong with looking at the datamines but it feels wrong to more or less spoil people by being super unsubtle, especially when most of them are not spoiler tagged or anything

Hi folks,

I remember that there was a developer interview, or some sort of video where in regards to Iceborne Fatalis they said something along the lines of “we made it as hard as we possibly could, and even thought to ourselves ‘are we maybe going too far?’”

Does anyone recall the video where this was said?

Hi folks,

After their recent molt my P. irminia’s web got messed up on top, and they have not repaired it, and have since have been hiding at the base of their enclosure all scrungled up. I have gotten them to eat once but it wasn’t a big feeder (over 2” spider and a 1/3” dubia), they otherwise just hide away or threat pose stuff. It’s also difficult to feed them as their feeding response has never been very strong so they will often go after food hours after it has been placed on their web, and the top of their dirt curtain is currently fairly small so maimed feeders can fall off easily.

Is this behavior normal? Perhaps they are feeling exposed? They used to regularly hang out higher
